Once an order has been placed, it will be assembled and processed between one and two weeks. Shipping times average between three to five weekdays.
Sandal orders
Please allow up to one week for your sandals to be made, packaged, and prepared for shipping. Shipping times average between three to five weekdays.
Once your order is on its way you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

LOCAL PICK UP
Silla offers local pick up from our Marfa Location between 9:00am to 5:00pm on weekdays. Orders must be purchased through the website, and “local pick up” selected from our shipping options. Once processed and ready for pick up, you will receive an email confirmation from us.
RETURNS
Because our furniture and sandals are made to order, SILLA does not accept returns.

SILLA ships internationally and overseas from the United States. SILLA does not cover the cost of Customs fees. Once an international order has shipped, the customer will be contacted by Customs and expected to cover these costs.
For international shipping, costs are calculated after an order has been placed. Once we have your order you will receive a shipping invoice in addition to your tracking number.
